My Experience

Throughout my long and varied career in cybertechnology

I have had many opportunities to demonstrate my management and leadership skills with an entrepreneurial approach. Above everything else, I take care to research and understand the requirements of every project, the financial aspects, and the people involved. I have found that deep research into a project ensures that I can properly allocate resources and direct the projects through the correct course of action. I am highly skilled at being able to coordinate with others while managing change so that the information is passed seamlessly to all members of a project. Further, I see each project through to satisfaction and have a great eye in delegating duties that most fit the prowess and skills of the team members involved.

On the technological side, I possess knowledge of many software systems such as WordPress, Magento, Joomla, Adobe, MicroSoft and many others as well as client/server architectures and the accompanying compatibility requirements. I am familiar with coding languages such as HTML5, PHP, CSS and can easily find, diagnose and solve problems in basic scripts. I pride myself on being on the cutting edge of current and upcoming trends in the technical field and have found myself using a large variety of technology during my career. Additionally, I can troubleshoot software problems when they occur and have experience with software development processes. Having a background in customer relations, I enjoy working closely with clients on a project to fully understand and implement their requirements.

From my leadership positions in the past I’ve learned the best ways to inspire others to envision and achieve their goals and the goals of the company is by playing to their unique strengths. I like to get to know every member of my team personally so that I understand best their motivations as well as weaknesses and can make changes to their duties if needed. I also notice the potential of every member of the team and assign tasks that can best fit that person. Through innovation, quality and excellence I encourage team interaction in every step of the project. I highly appreciate the contribution of every member of the team and I do my best to go beyond to boost team morale, heart, and motivation.
